Order: 11-23-2020 & Received: 12-15-2020. The product is as pictured. All the parts are included as noted. The instructions are in English. Except some of the color tones tables. Otherwise, understandable. In the instruction manual; it also states 1 year guaranteed to work or they refund/exchange with or off of purchase. I did not turn on the IPL but I hope it turns on when I am ready to use it. I will update this review after 1st use. I do hope that this product works as described and it also last a while
